Police in Delaware County are taking part in a statewide effort targeting aggressive and drunk drivers. Muncie Police investigator Mike Nickens says between the NCAA Basketball Tournament and St Patrick’s Day, many people will be out celebrating this month. The local traffic safety partnership includes Muncie, Ball State, Yorktown and Daleville police, and the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department. The campaign runs through March 26th.
