A Muncie man has been charged in a fatal February shooting. 23-year-old Marcus Hanyard is being held in the Delaware County Jail in connection with the shooting death of Zachary Farmer. Hanyard is facing preliminary charges of felony murder, conspiracy to commit burglary and other charges.
