A man being held on charges he killed his mother has died in the Delaware County Jail. 42 year old Richard Franks of Muncie is accused in the June 2016 slaying of Bonnie Lou Franks. Authoriies say he was found at this morning and the coroner was called to the lockup at about 10am. There was no obvious sign of foul play or trauma to the body. He was scheduled to go to trial on July 17th.
