He is accused of killing a two-year-old boy. 22-year-old Joshua Ray Null of rural Lynn has been arrested on a preliminary charge of murder after emergency crews were called to Null’s home on a report that a child was not breathing. Investigators say the two-year-old died as a result of internal injuries caused by blunt force trauma. Null is being held without bond in the Randolph County jail.
