Hundreds Turn Out For MCS Meeting

It was a packed house last night at Southside Middle School as hundreds turned out with questions and concerns about Muncie Community Schools. Many waited two hours through regular school board business to get their chance to speak. District officials have been warning about the effcts of a serious financial situation. Two major issues facing the district are busing and the future of teacher pay. Possible school closings were discussed during the session.
