Fallout from Thursday’s firing of IU basketball coach Tom Crean could benefit Ball State. Shortly after the announcement was made, Zach Gunn verbally committed to the Cardinals. Gunn says he was waiting to see what happened in Bloomington before making his decision. The 6’6″ Gunn will come in as a freshman and will join several other players on the roster that come from in-state.
