Free legal help is available to qualified residents next week. Indiana Legal Services will have an attorney at the Carnegie Library next Tuesday, March 21, to provide free legal help on civil legal matters to Muncie area residents. The attorney will be at the downtown library from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
