Company Blames Streetlight Snafu On D.S.T.

We now know why parts of Anderson went dark Sunday. According to a spokesperson for Anderson Municipal Light & Power, the city’s 66-hundred street lights are controlled by computer, which failed to recognize Sunday’s change to daylight saving time. Company officials have promised to remedy the situation.
