The City of Alexandria’s Redevelopment Commission is considering the placement of two properties under renovation into tax increment finance districts. According to the Herald Bulletin the plan would put the mercantile project, formerly Cox’s supermarket, and the McDonald’s restaurant into the TIF districts.
