A Portland man accused of sexually assaulting a home health-care worker failed to show up for a sentencing hearing last week. The judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of 57-year-old Donald Clark Dingus, who was charged last April with sexual battery and criminal confinement. The Star Press reports that Dingus’ sentencing was scheduled for last Thursday.
