Indiana State Police say they’ve received nearly 4,000 tips in the deaths of two Delphi teenagers. State police said Thursday that those tips are coming in via phone and email since the murders of 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams. Their bodies were found in a wooded area on Feb. 14. Police said the reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect or suspects has swelled to $50,000.
