A former animal hospital employee has been charged with 28 felonies, including 19 drug-related offenses. 33-year-old Cassandra Rose James, of New Castle, was arrested a week after veterinarian James A. Wilson was arrested – accused of providing controlled substances to humans rather than his animal patients.
