A hiring event is happening Tuesday by Meijer to help fill positions in its McCordsville store. Officials say they’re looking to fill 200 jobs in all departments in expectation of a spring opening. The hiring event will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Garrison Conference Center and Golf Course in Indianapolis. Those interested can walk in, apply for the positions and be interviewed. Some of the available positions include clerks, cake decorators, cashiers and meat cutters. Meijer says starting pay for each position will be based on experience level and specific skills.
