General Cable Corporation, one of the largest wire and cable manufacturing companies in the world, has announced plans to expand its operations in Grant County, investing more than $18 million and creating up to 30 new jobs. General Cable’s Marion, Indiana-based manufacturing facility has been in operation for 20 years.
