Dispatchers, “More Calls Than We Usually Get”

A bad batch of heroin is to blame for more than a dozen overdoses and three deaths in Muncie. Workers at the Delaware County Emergency Response Center say they usually take an average of 3 overdose calls each day, but 16 calls in three days was a huge jump from they’re used to receiving.
