Federal agents of the ATF have arrested a local man. 38-year-old Jason Claire Janis, of Winchester, is prohibited from possessing firearms because of felony convictions. He faces two federal charges after he allegedly sold guns via the Internet. Each count carries a maximum 10-year prison term and $250,000 fine.
