An Upland man is accused of crashing his car into the front porch of a Daleville home and then fleeing on foot. Daleville police arrested 26-year-old Jeffrey Adam Poe and charged him with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and disorderly conduct. Poe is already facing two DWI counts in Madison County courts.
