Remembering Mayor Hudnut

There was a memorial in DC for former Indianapolis mayor Bill Hudnut, and there was another one Saturday in the city he loved and that loved him back. Hudnut was elected mayor four times, from 1976 to 1992. He died Dec. 17, at 84, in Maryland, of heart disease. Hudnut is best known for helping revitalize Indy’s downtown and for bringing the Colts to Indiana.
