It might be called a “Forever” stamp, but not when it comes to the price of buying one. Starting Sunday, the cost of a forever stamp will go from 47 to 49 cents. The US Postal Service had lowered the cost of the stamp to 47 cents in April of last year. And don’t worry– if you already have those stamps, you can still use them. The “forever” stamp is truly good forever, even if the price you paid for it is not.
