An Indianapolis man and woman have been arrested after the stolen truck they were driving broke down on I-69. A state trooper stopped to help after the truck ran out of gas in Madison County around the 216 mile marker. That’s when he discovered the vehicle had been stolen from Cloverdale, Indiana. Both man and woman were lodged in the Madison County Jail for Theft of a Vehicle, a Level 6 Felony.
