No Bond For Muncie Man Found With Stolen Handgun

A Muncie man cuffed this week after giving police a fake name, reportedly had a stolen handgun on him. Police say 20 year old Isaac Shoon-Michael Piersol of the 700 block of North Elm Street, is being held without bond. Police say they pulled over a car the suspect was in this week for trespassing and Piersol had no ID on him. He gave officers a phony name and birth date. Driving the car was Piersol’s mother, who told police her son had a gun on him. Police disarmed Piersol and determined the handgun had been stolen from an Anderson weapons dealer.
