New leadership for Delaware County commissioners and Delaware County Council: The bodies held annual reorganization meetings Tuesday and in the commissioners meeting, James King was named president of the board and Sherry Riggin, vice president. In the county council meeting, council veteran and Republican Ron Quakenbush was named president.
