New leadership for Delaware County commissioners and Delaware County Council. The bodies held annual reorganization meetings today and in the commissioners meeting, Commissioner James King was named president of the board and Sherry Riggin, vice president. The third commissioner, Shannon Henry, had been president in 2016. In the county council meeting held after that, council veteran and Republican Ron Quakenbush was named president.
