A New Castle woman is facing numerous charges including misuse of the county’s 911 system. Police say 47 year old April Dudley had been drinking when they arrived at her “H” Avenue home. She allegedly tried to grab keys from an officer’s hand, and called 9-1-1 and demanded to speak to the chief of police. Cops say her blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit.
