Muncie Police say they’re looking for a silver or grey vehicle, possibly a Chevy Malibu in connection with a hit and run accident that recently proved fatal. On December 23rd, police say Janis Singer was crossing the street in front of La Hacienda restaurant on South Madison Street, when she was struck by a car. That driver took off and has been on the loose since. Anyone with information on the vehicle or any other aspect of the incident should call Muncie Crime Stoppers.
