Muncie Police say they’re looking for a silver or grey vehicle, possibly a Chevy Malibu in connection with a hit and run accident that proved fatal recently. On December 23rd, police say 21 year old Janis Singer was crossing the street in front of La Hacienda restaurant on South Madison Avenue where she worked, when she was struck by a car.
