A deal is struck between prosecutors and a Muncie man charged with robbery. Police say 22 year old Thomas J. McCallister was cuffed in April after he and his brother were accused of robbing a man at gunpoint and with a knife. Police say they stole the man’s wallet containing $360. The incident happened inside the victim’s home on North Cherry Street in Hartford City. The plea agreement was reached in Blackford County.
