A deal is struck between prosecutors and a Muncie man charged with robbery in Blackford County. Police say 22 year old Thomas J. McCallister was cuffed in April after he and his brother were accused of robbing a Hartford City man at gunpoint and with a knife. Police say they stole the man’s wallet containing $360.
