It was “all hands on deck” after torrential rains hammered Muncie Thursday. The City Public Works/Street Department, Muncie Sanitary District and all available personnel diligently worked to deal with the issues resulting from the heavy rainfall. Sand and sandbags were made available to the public at Fire Station #2 in Heekin Park.
