Heroin peddling counts face a Muncie man. Police say 29 year old Dantavis Shannon was arrested in September after being accused of selling drugs to an undercover member of the Muncie Police Department. He’s also pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in another case. Sentencing is set for February 16th.
