A new Indiana-based addition to the upcoming presidential inauguration parade: the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Motorcycle Drill Team. The 21-member team will represent Indianapolis and Indiana as “Goodwill Ambassadors of Law Enforcement”. This will be the team’s seventh presidential inaugural parade. It first performed in the 1961 parade honoring President John F. Kennedy.
