It’s not something a firefighter wants to hear – the fire bell on a frigid early-morning call. That’s what happened to Anderson firefighters Saturday. To make matters worse, they received another call minutes later on the opposite side of town. Fire crews battled not only the flames of a chimney fire and a full-blown house fire, but also had to contend with extreme temperatures and frozen water lines.
