A Winchester man has been charged with home improvement fraud – and it not the first time. 34-year-old Dustin A. Antonio has been charged with the Level 6 felony, carrying a maximum 30-month prison term. He’s no stranger to the charges; the prosecutor has filed two other home improvement fraud charges against Antonio – stemming from allegations last August.
