‘Sexual misconduct with a minor charges’ face the pastor of a Yorktown church. Police say 53 year old Terry Dobbs, of the Old Fashion United Baptist Church is accused of having relations with a 15 year old girl. Dobbs is behind bars in lieu of $35,000 bail. Police say Dobbs was the victim’s minister.
