The Blackford County courthouse has been selected as one of the top ten in the state. That’s according to the Indiana Bicentennial Commission Legacy Project – Celebrating the Beauty of Indiana’s Historic Courthouses. Earlier, the Rotary Club in Plainfield was awarded a grant from the Indiana Bicentennial Commission to sponsor a judging of the 92 courthouses in the state to determine the best looking.
