Yesterday it was the snow – today, the focus is on the cold. Due to the expected frigid temperatures, the City of Muncie will open WARMING CENTERS at all Muncie Fire Stations, and at City Hall. The centers will open at 7 Wednesday morning and will remain open through Friday for those needing a place to stop in and warm up.
