Twenty-seven Ball State students have created a documentary that takes a closer look at the meth problem. Delaware County led the state in meth labs in 2014, and that number doubled last year. “Unmasked: The Stigma Of Meth” shows why everyone — from lawmakers to homeowners — should care.
