A very strong credit rating assigned by Moody’s Investors Service and Standard & Poor’s Financial Services for Ball State University and the school’s latest bond issue. The Star Press reports the agencies cite strong support from the state of Indiana, very good cash reserves, a solid management team, fairly stable enrollment and other factors for the solid rating.
