They say she smuggled heroin into the hospital and then later overdosed in her room. 51-year-old Lavonda Sue Burris has been arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of paraphernalia. The Muncie woman was being held in the Delaware County jail on Tuesday under a $7,500 bond.
