An Indianapolis man whose history of alleged “flashing” incidents began more than a half-century ago now stands accused of exposing himself in Muncie’s Target store. The Star Press reports that 84-year-old Edward Clarence Uhles has been picked up on suspicion of public indecency. There were numerous incidents reported in the past about a serial flasher.
