Four children are dead after a house fire in Carroll County Monday morning. The fire began around 4:30 at a house on E. Columbia Street, in Flora, about 65 miles north of Indianapolis. A woman was also inside the house. Fire crews said she was hurt, but her condition is unknown. A Carroll County Sheriff’s Deputy was also injured in the flames. The cause of the fire is not known.
