His conviction will stand. The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld the voluntary manslaughter conviction of a man who stabbed another man to death at a Daleville trucking firm. 49-year-old Juan Hernandez, of Muncie, was convicted for the stabbing of Mark Hittson. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison and will be eligible for release in 2033.
