Inmates at the Henry County Jail have filed a lawsuit against the county Sheriff and commissioners, claiming that the jail is overcrowded, unsanitary, and violates their constitutional rights. An attorney for the inmates says there are too many people in small areas, sewage on the floors and mold on the walls.
