Tomorrow is Election Day. Polling sites & vote centers will be open for voting 6 a.m.-6 p.m. All Federal offices will be open, state offices will be closed. City offices in Muncie, Hartford City and New Castle will be closed Tuesday. Portland and Winchester offices will be open tomorrow. County offices and courts in Delaware, Blackford, Jay and Randolph counties will be closed. Offices in the Henry County Justice Center – including courts and the clerk’s office – will be closed Tuesday, but county offices in the Henry County Courthouse will be open. Banks and the Post Office will be open on Election Day.
