A convicted sex offender who moved from Texas to Delaware County has failed to register with local authorities. The Star Press reports 37 y ear old Aaron Buchanan was arrested Tuesday for failing to do so. The investigation into his whereabouts came after a Delaware County Sheriff’s deputy was contacted by a Texas probation official. Buchanan is required to register his whereabouts for the rest of his life.
