The attorney for Anderson Community Schools is calling a discrimination lawsuit frivolous & without merit and has filed a motion for the lawsuit to be dismissed. Charles F. Jones, a former ACS bus driver alleges his bid to become a fleet bus operator wasn’t approved and his applications to become transportation supervisor and human resources director were rejected. The Herald Bulletin reports that Jones can still pursue a federal lawsuit against ACS.
