A Randolph County man is accused of shooting a Taser at a contractor. The Star Press reports that 46-year-old Timothy Lee Byers has been arrested on counts of battery and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. Witnesses say the incident began as Byers argued with two men over repairs made to his home.
