Veterans are invited to attend the 2016 Eastern Indiana Veteran Resource Fair from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Thursday at the Tom Raper Center in Richmond. This event will assist local veterans with resources including free health screenings, employment options, educational information, governmental and community resources, and a free lunch.
