Neglect charges face a Muncie man and woman after police say they shot heroin while the woman’s 11 month old son was with them. Police say they were made aware of what happened when 27 year old Kileah Adkins overdosed. She and 28 year old Kyle Miller were at a home on the 500 block of South Elliott Street when it happened. Paramedics were able to revive Adkins who was taken to the hospital.
