The ex-wife of Jared Fogle says Subway knew about the former pitchman’s sexual interests but continued promoting him as their spokesman. She’s suing for damages. The lawsuit filed Monday says Subway asked Fogle about the allegations in two reports, and but admitted the complaint in the third report was “not properly escalated or acted upon.”
